Does the I WANT IT ALL contain everything offered in the campaign?

It contains everything but the LONG SLEEVE version of the T-Shirt.

Will all current expansions, boosters, and Escape from Tall Oaks work with the second edition?

Yes. All expansions and Escape from Tall Oaks will still be compatible with the second edition of Mixtape Massacre. There will even be some new features that will take even more advantage of those expansions and their components.

When is my credit card charged?

You credit card will be charged at the end of the campaign, April 8th.

If your credit card fails, your card will need to be updated to receive your pledge.

Why is this campaign only for USA and Canada Backers?

Until we can figure out a better solution for international shipping as a whole, we unfortunately had to opt out of offering it during this campaign. With our previous Kickstarters, the numbers for international backers were not to the level that allowed us the best shipping rates and by the end of each campaign we were put in a bad position when the numbers would dwindle even further with post-campaign cancellations by international backers due to shipping costs.

So to alleviate this issue, we are not offering International during the campaign. BUT if you are still interested in the game, we will reach out to you POST-Kickstarter about your pricing options for the games and all the Kickstarter exclusives. If it is feasible for you, we would be happy to send a copy your way along with any other Mixtape Massacre products you’d like to acquire (previous games, boosters, etc).

How many players is this game made for?

2 - 6 players.

What age is this game recommended for?

Like horror movies, we look at this game as Rated R, given it contains blood, gore, and suggestive themes. Because of that we recommend it for 17+

That being said. The game is meant to be fun and humorous and not meant to be taken seriously. Besides, how many of us snuck into a rated R movie in our day or watched a horror movie with our parents?

What if I want to adjust my pledge after the Kickstarter?

We plan to use Backerkit when we are done to allow add-ons, adjustments as well as make shipping and fulfillment a smooth process.

When am I charged for shipping?

Shipping will be calculated separately after the Kickstarter campaign ends based on actual shipping costs and will be collected via Backerkit. This allows us to charge shipping fairly for all backers and avoid a ‘one size fits all’ thought process for shipping.

If my pledge allows my name in the rulebook, can I provide a custom name?

Yes.

After the Kickstarter you’ll be able to provide the name you want in the rulebook through our pledge manager, Backerkit.

Why is there no upgrade kit?

Unfortunately, as more than 70% of the game is being revised, providing a custom upgrade kit would almost equate to the cost of buying a brand new game.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
