Shipping Update #3 - Final US Segments

Hey Slashers!

Checking in with what we hope to be our last shipping update concerning US backers.

We've received a couple emails this week from folks concerned they hadn't received a shipping notification. As mentioned in our original shipping update, shipping would be occuring from last week (starting Monday) through this week. Our hope was to be done by end of today, but as a courier missed a pick up this week, leaving our dock full, we are a day behind in getting some packages out. But also keep in mind, with a two week proposal, we are still under 2 weeks currently for full delivery.

We appreciate those who are still waiting for their packages patiently. These final segments will be completed today through Sunday, and then we hope to send out a final update alerting everyone all US packages have shipped by end of Monday. Once, US shipping wraps, International orders will begin being fulfilled.

Shipping Update #2

Shipping has continued through the holiday weekend after a full week of shipping, and currently over 70% of orders have shipped. If you are a US backer and have not received your shipping notification, do not fret, as you will probably be receiving one by the end of this week. As mentioned, once US orders have completed shipping, International shipping will commence and will go pretty quickly.

Common Question

A common question we've been receiving from some backers is in concerns to the Updated Profile Cards for Boosters & Expansions add-on. For those that do not remember, we offered these as a way to upgrade your previously purchased Expansion and Booster character profile cards. If you do not own all the characters, you can stash these aside for if/when you purchase any of the additional expansions or boosters through our website.

If you have questions about your order or need support, please remember to use our Kickstarter Support Form. Comments on the project or messages are not the best way as, they are not as easy to reply to  as we obviously cannot provide important information like addresses and such in a public space, so please, use the Kickstarter Support Form for questions or issues.

Shipping Update #1

As you may have noticed on socials, packages are beginning to arrive to backers. We've received a few questions which we thought we had answered in earlier updates but let's provide them one more time:

Shipping Info

• You will receive a shipping notification when your package has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification yet, your package has not shipped. There are A LOT of packages going out, with a lot of stuff in them, so this takes a bit of time. Your patience is appreciated.
• We will be doing two phases of shipping. Phase 1 is all US Orders, which has been occurring since last week, and will continue through next week. Phase 2 will be all International Orders, which will begin once US orders have been completed.
• If over the week you're not seeing a shipping notification in your box, be sure to also check your JUNK mail, as sometimes these things can happen.

Status

We have currently as of this morning shipped 45% of all US orders, and even more should be shipped before end of day.

Thanks for your patience while we get this process completed.

Games and More Have Arrived!

Just a quick update to confirm, the games have arrived.

Fulfillment Begins

Fulfillment will begin tomorrow, April 6th and continue through the coming weeks. Please keep in mind, as this is our biggest Kickstarter yet, there is a lot of organizing and packing that will be occuring. You will receive a shipping notification when your item ships, so keep a look out for that.

Other than that, we just ask for a little more patience while we start to get these items processed and shipped to their new owners.

Warehouse Arrival Notice

Hey Slashers!

A very quick, but exciting update. We were just informed that the games have cleared customs. We have been told to expect delivery to our warehouse, Tuesday morning, April 5th.

As exciting as this news is, please keep in we'll need the week to get the items moved into the warehouse and organized to prepare for fulfillment, but at least we now know the games are no longer sitting in customs and are on their way.

The next update you receive from us should confirm that we've received the games and also provide a date for fulfillment to begin. Look for that update next week.
